Starting in 1992, a new study committee was formed to consider development of life lease housing options on the back portions of the Villa property overlooking the Thames River. 

By the summer of 1994, there was enough interest to begin the project in earnest, and approval was sought for a  site plan containing a total 25 bungalow town homes to be built in clusters of three or four and marketed on a life lease basis. 

By late 1994, the site was serviced and construction began on an initial cluster of three units.  Subsequent contracts were awarded for an additional seven clusters containing another 22 units.  Construction was completed in the spring of 1997. 

The town home units offer a variety of floor plans with total accessibility.
