Linked to the Villa by an enclosed walkway, these 18 one-bedroom and 7 two-bedroom units offer comfortable accommodation as well as some supportive services to seniors.

Ritz Manor tenants/residents have access to meal services, congregate dining opportunities, and some basic emergency services.  For residents with financial constraints, some units are available as “Rent Geared to Income”.
