Volunteers provide home support services for seniors and disabled persons in the Municipality of West Perth.  Available services include:

• Volunteer transportation to out-of-town medical appointments
• Grocery shopping help
• Minor home repairs / maintenance
• Volunteer friendly visiting

VOLUNTEER TRANSPORTATION
Volunteer drivers provide transportation to clients for out of town medical appointments. Volunteers are reimbursed for fuel by the client based on a set of recommended fees.

FRIENDLY VISITING
A volunteer is matched with a client and the two visit regularly on a one-on-one basis.

HOME HELP, MAINTENANCE & REPAIR
Assistance is available for small household tasks (ie. Grocery assistance, curtain rods, snow removal). Our helpful volunteers can stop by to assist or arrangements with another source to get the job done can be made. Fees may apply for services rendered.

OTHER ACTIVITIES
Special activities and outings are scheduled throughout the year which include shopping trips, theatre trips, special dining opportunities and getaways.
