This program delivers nourishing meals delivered by volunteers to the homes of persons living in West Perth who:
Are not able to care for their own nutritional requirements;
Have no other person to prepare their meals;
Who have special needs identified by a local health care professional.
Meals are delivered Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 11:45am and 12:30 pm. Deliveries can be arranged for one or multiple days. Special dietary needs will be accommodated when possible. To request or cancel meals, you need to call the day before.
Apetito frozen meals are also available to supplement hot meals or as an alternative.
